I can't progress with Sina after doing yoga with her. She says I should go to her again, but I can't access her anywhere other than at work, which won't let me do the action.
Did you try going to her house at evening and on weekdays?
How to unlock harem hints?

You've probably triggered a bug scene that I've mention below. Do you remember if you compeleted scene with all 6 girls in the hall?
By the way, in the next update there will a fix to your save, so it would be better if you postpone until 0.32
